We accept all major credit and debit cards via the Paypal secure online payments system and you do not need a paypal account to pay by this method. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation from Pepeloves.
Each order is sent directly from Pepeloves HQ or directly from the manufacturer that we work with. As such, items within the same order will have separate shipping costs. Charges and delivery schedules will vary between items. We always ensure that all shipping costs are competitive.
Orders shipped to customers direct from the supplier will be shipped via their usual standard shipping methods. We always aim for this to be within 7 days from confirmation of order.
Orders shipped directly from Pepeloves will be shipped via standard UK 1st Class Royal Mail. Larger parcels will be shipped via a parcel service.

Pepeloves will not deliver to any PO Box addresses
Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from Pepeloves. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.
International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide a signature for your parcel.
In line with our pricing policy, all prices include VAT (where applicable).
We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 28 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
For standard items, you have 7 days, from receipt of goods, to notify us and you must return goods at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to organise a return, exchange or refund of any item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the relevant instruction. Please quote your order number in your email message.
If any item is received damaged or faulty, you must please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com and we will provide you with the relevant instruction. Please quote your order number in your email message.
You must return items unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging that you received them with. Please leave any labels attached. You should use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage as Pepeloves and our associates cannot be held responsible for items that go missing.
Please note these exemptions to the standard returns procedure, as the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable. These are personalised products, perishable products, such as treats, and liquid grooming products
